He had to be punished and dominated, and the mistresses did this using their combined weight. Both of them trampled him and he was in pain. He begged them to stop trampling him but the mistresses ignored him and went on torturing him.
When this guy messed with one of these mistresses, he found himself pissing two mistresses at the same time. He was cruelly tortured as he had to be taught how not to mess with other people. He cried as the pain got to him. The mistresses did this with their high heels and he regretted why he had messed with one of them as he was now reaping the dividends.
